≛ who believes in the whole third eye concept? over the years, I have gotten much more in touch w/ listening to my body, how my body feels about a certain situation and choice & that’s how I decide to go towards or away things in my life. One thing, don’t get intuition and fear confused... fear is the root of many things but it’s not supposed to be. Ask why are you afraid, journal about it, write in the notes section of your phone etc and ≛ intuition will start to kick in and become stronger than a temporary feeling like fear or guilt. I’ve learned to trust myself and we all have most of the answers instead of trying to find the answer from someone else or something else, smarter and stronger than we realize when we just quiet things around us and trust. Dad & I in New York City ~ As most of you know, was born there and lived in Upper East Side. Parents met there while modeling. ♡ 2 years today he passed away and not a day that doesn’t go by that I don’t think of his advice, humor, witty personality, free spirit & heart of gold. Got some exciting NEWS! ❤️Excited to announce that I have been commissioned to paint 12 abstract paintings that range in size from 24 x 48 to 48 x 60 with a large Developer in the Charlotte area. It has been in the works for over 6 months and feeling extremely grateful for the opportunity.

Who else puts a lot of pressure on themselves to make the right decision the first time? I have been working with @audreylebaudour in Northern CA & she has been working with me on processes, mindset & tools to help me balance full-time + my other creatives endeavors. She introduced me to a podcast by @npr & link is in my bio for you. Highly recommend listening. A professor from @stanford created a course called ‘Designing your Life’ & the mission was shared on the podcast. You will have to go read/listen but what it boils down to is this... “your goal is to fail early and often” & based of something called ‘Design Thinking’ from the whole tech world of engineers & designers. There are so many ways your life can go & it’s ok if the first path doesn’t go as planned. From a having a challenging day at work , this podcast that Audrey sent me popped in my head today and thought I would share with you all. It’s definitely helped me.
